Saperavi unfiltered __ Sommelier's Choice 2022

 The fourteenth international exhibition of wine and alcoholic beverages was held in Tbilisi, ExpoGeorgia, where Mildiani family winery participated.

   Within the framework of the exhibition, the joint project "Sommelier's Choice 2022" of the Association of Sommeliers of Georgia and Expo Georgia was held for the first time this year.

   Saperavi 2021, the new wine of Mildiani family winery, became the winner of this competition

   It should be noted that this saferavi is made in Kvevri, according to the traditional Georgian method. It is unfiltered and sulphide free.

   Thus, we can say that it is a sulfur-free paint. It is bottled unfiltered and a little sediment is expected to appear over time.
