Flavor:

the wine has multifarious and rich bouquet. First, a distinct Qisi flavor fetches out all the other aromas. Then, plant, fresh hay, dried white fruit tones are gradually opened-up. On the background quince, apple, spicy and roasted aromas are noticeable.

Taste:

it is very extract, full, round and developed wine. Acidity and alcohol are well balanced. It is rich with ripe, soft tannins and tanning substances. Aftertaste is smooth with lingering taste.

Recommendation:

recommended temperature for serving is 13-16°C. It matches well with matured cheese, fried meat, barbeque, kubdari and khachapuri.
