Cabernet Sauvignon Qvevri

Color: intensive cherry.

Flavor: pronounced varietal aroma. Pleasant flavour of red fruit, ripe cornelian cherry and black pepper.

Taste: full-bodied, extracted, velvety wine. The balance of ripe tannins and light acidity is pleasant.

Recommendation: recommended temperature for serving is 15-18°C. It fits well with traditional fatty Georgian meat dishes, cheese, matured smoked cheese and meat.
