Color: dark ruby
Aroma: The influence of terroir is effectively noticed. The aromas of red fruits, berries, black pepper, dried black plums gradually appear against the background of the varietal aroma of Saperavi.
Taste: full-bodied, strong wine. The characteristic tannins and acidity of the color can be felt well. Despite its age, the wine looks very young and has great ageing potential.
Recommendation: The ideal temperature for tasting is 15-18°C. It goes well with rich meaty dishes of Georgian cuisine. Also seasoned, smoked cheeses and beef steaks.
