Flavor:

the wine has complex and rich bouquet; distinct aromas characteristic for the sort are followed by cherry, pomegranate, blackberry flavors. Then, one can notice black pepper, bitter chocolate and tobacco flavors which are characteristic for aging in oak barrels.

Taste:

mellow and round; acidity is higher than average; full of tannin and balanced.

Recommendation:

recommended temperature for serving is 15-17°C. The wine is wonderful with ham, barbeque, boiled beef and cheese.
