Flavor:
Saperavi flavor is synthesized with tones characteristic for aging in oak barrels. The wine is full with fresh red fruit, berries and dry fruit aromas; vanilla, tobacco, bitter chocolate soft tones are noticeable.
Taste:
very well balanced, smooth structured round wine. It is saturated with ripe and softened tannins. Ripe cherry and dry prune flavor is quite distinct. Aftertaste is lingering and catchy.
Recommendation:
recommended temperature for serving is 15-18°C. It goes well with medium tang cheese, fish and spicy meat dishes.
