Flavor:
sweet, nice aromas. Jam, boiled and roasted fruit and caramel tones are distinct. Flavors of fried apple, quince, fig and white sweet cherry with nuts are also noticeable.
Taste:
viscous, smooth structured wine. It has a harmonic balance of low acidity and natural sweetness which makes wine more vivid. As you continue to taste it the fruit tones repeat and become even more distinct. The aftertaste is lingering.
Recommendation:
recommended temperature for serving is 7-9°C. The wine goes well with deserts, especially with ice-cream, cakes and soft cheese.
