Color: Deep ruby
Aroma:
Opens with a composition of dried black plum and wild ripe berries, followed by elegant notes of ripe cherry and cornelian cherry.
Palate:
A well-balanced, full-bodied wine. The ripe, rounded tannins and soft acidity complement the traditional qvevri style perfectly.
Recommendation:
Best served at 14–16°C. Pairs beautifully with lightly smoked meats – such as beef steak in hazelnut sauce or slow-cooked lamb over open fire.
