distinct Saperavi flavor is a background for multifarious aromas of ripe red fruit and berry. Tannins, acidity and alcohol are well balanced. The flavors and aromas are better revealed in the aftertaste.

Taste:

full-bodied, very smooth and round wine. Strong tannins of Saperavi, acidity and alcohol are well balanced. The lingering aftertaste opens-up the flavor.

Recommendation:

recommended temperature for serving is 15-18°C. It fits well with traditional fatty Georgian meat dishes, cheese, matured smoked cheese and meat.
